Postpartum Adjustment Support (Virtual)
Often times new moms are told having the “baby blues” is normal and it will pass but if you feel you are having a hard time coping with the adjustment of having a new baby and feel you need extra support, please join us.
The best thing you can do for yourself and your baby is to get the help you need. The best news about postpartum adjustment challenges is that they are easily TREATABLE and SHORT TERM! The symptoms of a Postpartum Mood or Anxiety Disorder are often overlooked or believed to be a “normal” part of having a newborn, but they can be treated and we are here to help support you through this very overwhelming time so that you can feel more joy!
Our weekly groups are led by Shira Kfir, LCSW, who is warm and nurturing and specializes in women’s mental health and the postpartum period. Join other new moms and have all of your questions answered and challenges addressed. Our groups are always led with an abundance of care, support, nurture and always without any judgment.
