But if your baby has already arrived, don’t worry! You can check for availability in upcoming Newborn Classes, or join us for our Infant Class.
Why do I need classes after my baby arrives?
Research says that postnatal classes are equally, if not more important, than prenatal classes as you’ll find yourself faced with endless questions and worries once your little one is actually here.
10-Week in-person classes organized by baby’s birth month so all babies in class will be born between 2-4 weeks of each other.
Our instructors and visiting experts will guide and support you as you learn more than you ever expected—or thought you needed to know.
Experience an intimate setting of moms all journeying through the same phase of motherhood together, week by week.
...but having the education from highly sought-after professionals and support from other women experiencing the exact same phase of motherhood will be your lifeline.
Enroll using your due date so we can reserve a class spot for you alongside other new moms whose babies are born the same month.
Let us know when your baby arrives and we’ll give you a start date for your first class, usually around 3-5 weeks postpartum.

Registering while you are pregnant secures your space in the optimal class for your baby’s birthdate. It allows us to place you with other moms whose babies are closest in age to yours, usually within 2-4 weeks of each other. And it’s risk free. We’ll refund your registration fee if plans change and you’re unable to participate in classes.
Firstly, congratulations! You can check our Class Schedule for availability based on your baby’s birth month, or otherwise join our waitlist and we’ll advise if a position becomes available. Alternatively, check out our Infant Class for babies aged 3 – 6 months.
If you register while pregnant you’re able to secure our early-bird pricing which saves you $50 off the standard registration fee of $595.
Simply contact us once your baby has arrived and we’ll give you a start date for your first class. This will usually be between 3 – 5 weeks postpartum.
