Our life-changing classes equip you with everything you need to know as a new mom. Each session is organized by your baby’s birth month so that all moms are experiencing the same phase in motherhood. Our team of experts is comprised of the very best in Orange County who visit your class throughout the series bringing the most current, evidence-based information to help support you through your journey as a new mom. Each week you will learn so much more than you ever expected, all while making lifelong friends, strengthening the bond with your baby and of course laughing and crying! Let’s just be honest, there’s a lot of crying after a new baby!

Our classes are a judgment-free zone where the mommy wars are left at the door and moms support and empower one another regardless of their parenting style. Whether you use disposable or cloth diapers, breastfeed or formula feed, co-sleep or work full time, your class will become your lifeline.

Nothing can fully prepare you for being a new mom, but having the tools and techniques and a village to accompany you along the way, will make a world of difference.

Newborn Mommy and Me

A new mom experience like nothing else! Our 10-week class series are organized by your baby’s birth month so that all moms in the class are experiencing the same phase in motherhood.

• Moms begin classes when babies are approximately 3 - 5 weeks old

Infant Mommy and Me

A class for moms and babies 3-6 months old covering an array of topics developmentally appropriate for this age range. Moms are encouraged to register for this class as a continuation of their newborn class or on its own if you weren’t able to attend the newborn class.

Second Time Moms

The birth of your second child isn’t quite like the birth of your first. You have so much more confidence in the newborn phase yet it doesn’t come without its challenges.

Our Second Time Moms class covers an array of topics to help support you, your older child and your new baby through the transition. Come learn, laugh and connect with other moms who are sharing the same experience. This class is just for mom and the new baby!

Breastfeeding Support

There are many unexpected challenges that can arise in the first weeks of breastfeeding and without the proper education and support, moms often give up earlier than they had originally planned.

Our weekly, complimentary Breastfeeding Support Group is led by Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Danielle Gauss of Coastal Kids, who is incredibly loved all over Orange County. Join other breastfeeding moms to have all of your questions answered and challenges addressed. We can’t wait to help you and your little one on your breastfeeding journey!

• Meets every FRIDAY AT 9:00AM
• Groups are complimentary but prior registration is encouraged

• Increasing a low milk supply

Pre & Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Support

Our weekly, complimentary Pre & Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Support Group is open to the community. Often times new moms are told having the "baby blues" is normal and it will pass but if you feel you are having a hard time coping with the adjustment of having a new baby and feel you need extra support, please join us. The best thing you can do for yourself and your baby is to get the help you need. The best news about Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders is that they are TREATABLE and SHORT TERM! The symptoms of a Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder are often overlooked or believed to be a "normal" part of pregnancy and having a newborn, but they can be treated and we are here to help support you through this very overwhelming time so that you can feel more joy! Our weekly groups are led by Shira Kfir, LCSW, who is warm and nurturing and specializes in women’s mental health and the postpartum period. Join other new moms and have all of your questions answered and challenges addressed. Our groups are always led with an abundance of care, support, nurture and never with any judgment.

Our classes fill up quickly and registering early secures your space in a class right when your baby arrives. It also allows us to place you with other moms whose babies are closest in age to yours. If your plans change and you need to cancel your registration in the future, we can take care of that for you. Being a new mom is hard enough, we are here to make your life easier.
