Welcome to New Mom School, born from my own trials as a new mom navigating the unexpected challenges of motherhood. I’ve been where you are—overwhelmed, joy-depleted, feeling almost held captive by the new tiny boss in your life. I promised myself no other mom should have to go through this without support.

That’s why I created New Mom School. After surviving the initial chaos, I gathered all the essential, evidence-based information and collaborated with top experts across various fields to bring you a comprehensive program. Our classes cover everything from the basics of newborn care to managing your well-being—ensuring you’re equipped to not just survive but truly enjoy motherhood.

This isn’t just about feeding schedules or sleep training; it’s about saving your sanity, preserving your marriage, and rediscovering joy. Our mission is to provide you with the tools to prevent the overwhelm and isolation that too many new moms face. Thank you for letting me join your journey into motherhood. After having my first son in early 2011, I instantly became obsessed with everything baby! I joined a Mommy and Me group in Los Angeles where I met 11 other amazing women whose babies were born within weeks of my son. I had no idea the positive impact this group would have on all of us nor did I ever think that the women would become some of my best friends. I didn’t know it at the time, but this group would change my life.
